Funding is usually available at up to 50% or 65% of site purchase price; and lenders may also facilitate up to 100% of development and finance costs - subject to site Gross Development Value
With added equity input up to 100% purchase price and 100% development costs may prove workable.

Entrepreneurial applicants with no development experience considered provided they have the right 'development team' in place to fully satisfy lender requirements.

If your post-development 'exit plan' is to occupy or let the site property then 'refinance facilities' are available subject to valuation
Special funding schemes are available if building your own residence or undertaking a barn conversion or building a large 'up-market' country house.
